HEALTHY FLAVORFUL POKE BOWLS
Poke, pronounced Poh-Keh is a Hawaiian word that means “to slice or cut into pieces” it was originally made by Hawaiian fishermen. Influenced by Asian cuisine, they would combine raw fish from their catch with seaweed and serve it on a bed of rice.
